Embark on an exclusive taste journey with our
“Swiss Old Cow Experience”. We present you with a selection of
Walliser Eringer and Swiss Black Angus meat, sourced from animals that
reach an age of approximately 8-10 years. This maturity ensures an intense and
characteristic flavor of the meat.
