an unparalleled taste, is globally renowned for its premium
quality. In our menu, we offer you exclusive
Wagyu filets from Japan and Australia, carefully selected from the best
breeders. A unique opportunity to discover the top tier of Wagyu meat!

The Menu

1st Course: 
Apéro platter with Japanese Wagyu dry-cured meat
(premium Wagyu dry-cured meat, developed by our exclusive supplier LUMA)

2nd Course: 
Homemade Wagyu sausage
(created and handcrafted by our Executive Butcher)

3rd Course: 
Australian Wagyu filet 3-4 BMS* and Australian Wagyu filet 6-9 BMS*
(from the finest Australian Wagyu producer)
*Beef Marbling Standard

4th Course: 
Japanese Wagyu filet A3** and Japanese Wagyu filet A5+**
(A5+** is the highest quality grade worldwide)

Selection of sorbets & ice cream
