Forget menus from which you can choose steaks in numerous variations, but only see the result when you have it on your plate. In our steakhouse, you select your piece of meat directly at the well-stocked butcher’s counter and determine the cooking point. Our Chief Butcher will provide you with dedicated and expert advice – and you can be sure that your steak will be in a class of its own.

There is also a large selection of wines, great starters, side dishes and desserts – and of course our legendary marrowbone shot. At lunchtime, you can choose between the butcher’s counter, various lunch menus such as our incomparable beef tartare and our daily specials. Tip: our Old Cow Burger is always available on Thursdays – a highlight for all burger fans!
