Terms of cancellation

• Menu adjustments/Number of guests: must be notified no later than 2 business days before the event.
• Event cancellation: is possible up to 2 weeks before the event, after which 50% of the selected ButcherExperience will be charged.

*Meat is ordered, portioned and sous-vide specifically for the event and cannot be reused. In addition, more butcher staff is scheduled for group reservations and cannot be cancelled short notice.
**Due to the short notice, reserved seats cannot be rebooked.
