With us, you don’t have to choose your steak from the numerous options on the menu. In our steakhouse, you choose your piece of meat directly at the well-stocked meat counter and determine the desired cooking point. Our chief butcher will be happy to advise you and explain the difference between prime cuts and second cuts, a cut that tends to be forgotten in this country. Try a “hanging tender”, the middle cut of the diaphragm of Angus beef. You will be amazed at the intense, nutty taste. In our steakhouse, your steak will be a first-class treat. An exceptional starter is our marrow bone, which we serve on a silver platter with lemon and salt. Once you’ve spooned it out, add lemon juice and salt to the marrowbone and we’ll add a shot of vodka for that WOW effect! And if you pop in during your lunch break, you can choose between various lunch menus such as roast beef platter, beef or salmon tartare and our daily specials in addition to the butcher’s counter.
