We have something truly special for you:
10‑year‑old Galician oxen from north‑western Spain.

Together with our partner LUMA, we have dry‑aged this rare meat on the bone exclusively for you for 4 months. The result is an intense flavour and exceptional tenderness. Its natural marbling delivers an incredible taste experience—meat with real character and depth.

Each location has just one whole strip loin, yielding roughly 30 steaks (between 800 g and 2 kg). Savour it in our restaurant—reserve your table now—or secure your cut to enjoy at home from our butcher counters in Bern at Loeb Lebensmittel, or in Zürich at Bellevue or Hegibachplatz.
