Whether it’s fondue bourguignonne, fondue chinoise, or the Japanese variations shabu shabu and sukiyaki, our butcher shops have the perfect meat for your unforgettable fondue experience.
Our chief butchers will be happy to advise you and cut your meat according to your wishes!
So that we can prepare everything for you, please send us your order 2-3 days in advance by email or place it directly at the butcher’s shop. Please also note where you would like to pick it up: at our butcher’s shop in Loeb Lebensmittel Bern, in Zurich at Bellevue or at Hegibachplatz.
