The talented team at LUMA, led by Lucas Oechslin and Marco Tessaro, partners with small Swiss family farms, forward-thinking independent ranchers in Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Kansas, renowned breeders in Spain, and authentic Wagyu producers in Japan.
